About the role:

As an Assistant Contact Center Manager (ACM) at Teleperformance you are responsible for managing customer assignments according to customer and Teleperformance guidelines. You are responsible for the production key figures and quality targets such as customer satisfaction, service levels, handling time per call and nesting. You will rapport directly to the Operations Manager and together with the other managers you will lead the project. The work includes ensuring that operation has the necessary resources, such as staffing needs and training. You have a big responsibility for the relationship with the client regarding delivery and you understand the complexity of a large customer assignment and work towards set goals. Your primary area of responsibility is to lead and run Teamleaders, to work according to all Teleperformance gudielines such as TOPS, and you are responsible for the project budget.

About you:

As an ACM you need a sense for business and you are result oriented in your work to achieve goals. This means that you like to take initiative, are driven and flexible. To be structured is important to you so that you are able to deliver results. You have administration skills and financial knowledge. You are service minded and you listen to the client’s demands and requests. The importance of analyzing and pushing the project forward comes naturally and you understand the way Teleperformance work. You are willing to maintain and develop the team spirit and therefor have a coaching attitude.

To reach for high results is obvious for you and you are structured and has the ability to keep track on your own and your team’s results. We have high demands on your social skills and you will be a connection within the project. You are good in speaking and writing at least one of the Nordic languages Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish. Good skills within Microsoft Office is required and you are fluent in English. It is meritorious if you have experience in leadership and coaching from previous work.
